Stickuino?

stickuino-complete-vzPart of the Interaction technology kit that you acquired is a Stickuino. This is an Arduino compatible microcontroller board designed by the lecturer of the embedded systems and sensors assignment, Lennart Herlaar.

The original purpose for the design was a number of  ‘Physical computing with Arduino’ workshops in cooperation with study association Sticky of Utrecht University, hence the name and decals on the board. The design turned out to be versatile and robust enough to be used for the current Interaction technology course as well.

The Stickuino is based on the Redboard design by Sparkfun. If you’re interested in the design, feel free to have a look at the design files; it’s open source hardware.

The Stickuino is delivered as a kit and needs to be soldered by its owner during one of the Interaction technology soldering workshops for which one needs to sign up.
